I started Plumbing Concepts in Holly Springs, North Carolina as a small family business with my wife and three sons back in 2009 after spending more than 30 years working in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing in the northeast.
As a U.S. Navy veteran, I understand the importance of upholding the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct. Being honest and truthful in all interactions, taking responsibility, accountability, and making decisions that are always in the best interest of the customer.

It has been a sincere honor and privilege to serve the local Raleigh/Durham, and Wake County area for nearly 20 years. We now have a team of 20+ employees, and collaborate with more than 25 general contractors all throughout the triangle.
ALICIA
VICE PRESIDENT
My husband and I started Plumbing Concepts as a family business back in 2009 with our two sons working from a home office and a travel trailer.
We started with one customer building new Papa Johns locations. We spent our first year traveling as far as we needed to go to build the business relationships to get our foot in the door of the North Carolina plumbing industry.
I was working full time in the software industry for more than 20 years in the beginning and managed Plumbing Concepts Inc. financials and human resources on the side early in the mornings and late at night to get us up and running.
Fast forward to 2026, a third son has joined our company business, and we now have a team of 20+ employees. We started with one general contractor to now having more than 25 that we collaborate with all throughout the triangle.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
As a licensed P1 plumber, Ed has over 25 years of residential, commercial, and back flow certification plumbing experience.
ROBERT
IT & LOGISTICS MANAGER
As an alumni of N.C. State university, with a B.S. in Plant Biology, Robert balances the rigors of two career fields while managing Plumbing Concepts I.T. and logistics departments.
As a licensed P1 plumber, Robert has over 16 years of residential, commercial, and back flow certification plumbing experience.
LANCE
HUMAN RESOURCES & FINANCE MANAGER
Lance earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Appalachian State University. Roll Neers!
Lance has spent much of his 15 year professional career in the commercial and residential trades business, and has extensive experience in administrative operations, front and back office, GAAP, and direct customer facing service which is invaluable for our operational efficiency and clientele satisfaction.
Lance is known for his acumen of meticulous oversight, attention to detail, and thorough quality assurance in our full spectrum logistical operations. All of this serves a paramount role in facilitating a seamless workflow for the PCI team and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Before joining us, Lance was an accomplished manager in a variety of trade industries. Outside of work, Lance enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and taking vacations to the Caribbean.
RON
SENIOR FOREMAN
Ron brings 16 years of expert hands on experience in both commercial and residential plumbing to PCI.
Ron’s has a unique skill set comprised of sharp analytical and diagnostic skills, a vast knowledge of and a strict adherence to state and local code, and a straightforward intelligible communication style.
Ron has established a longstanding reputation as one of the Raleigh, Durham, and greater Wake Counties most reliable and dependable foremen and trade professionals.
When Ron’s not at work, you can find him on a hockey rink as a player or referee. He has also recently taken up billiards, and plays in an APA league in the Holly Springs area.
